Started with a 30 minute screening call with basic questions on experience, why you wanted the job, etc. Progressed to one call with the hiring manager that was more specific around energy and specific experience with tools such as Excel. Next steps were another panel interview with other members of the team. The final round was a case study on a company that was to be presented in person at their Baltimore office.

It was fairly easy. I filled out an application and they called me, It was just a single interview and that's about it. Interview was 3 min long, and it was a panel interview.
