The manager never really called it an interview, she just said "let's meet and we'll talk", She was very informative about the details of the job and what was to be expected. She spoke like I already had the job, even saying things like "you will be doing this, or you're not going to like this aspect of it." The experience was very relaxed and I left feeling like I already had the job. The last thing she said was "email me if you have any more questions about the job and I will be making my decision by the end of the week". I had to email her to find out who got the job because she never contacted me.She didn't even want me give her a resume or fill out an application, just to talk.
