It was a working interview to start where they test your skills and expertise on basic microsoft office tasks. They provide a handbook and train you on their procedures. We were mainly being interviewed/tested to see how fast and accurate we could complete the assigned tasks. They were behind and were playing catch up on some of their accounts.
