First I had a short phone screen, everyone has to complete the Wonderlic Test which based on they decide if they would like to actually interview you or not.
If you pass the wonderlic test, they set up a meeting with one of the managers. if you pass that step as well, there is one more meeting/interview with another manager. If he likes you, you are golden and most likely will get an offer.

Had 4 interviews, a test, an in-person, and a reference check. Spent about 5 hours interviewing and never heard back from anyone ever again, completely ghosted with no feedback. Says a lot about the org.

Efficient and straightforward interview process.
1. First interview was later in the week that I met the recruiter at a campus career fair. Consisted of questions such as where I saw myself in five years, and some basic mental math questions (eg. what is 18% of 150.
2. Second interview was a conversation based meeting with a middle manager. Basically talked about the company’s structure and culture of the program.
