The initial call was pretty soon after applying. However due to how long the follow up took I already accepted another job by the time they tried to schedule an interview. Pretty Dissapointing.

I participated in a virtual interview that lasted between 30 minutes to an hour. During the interview, I had the opportunity to speak with several team members from both field operations and project management. The overall tone was relaxed and conversational, with a focus on getting to know me, my background, and how I might fit within the team. They asked a mix of situational and behavioral questions, which allowed me to share past experiences and demonstrate my problem-solving and communication skills
