Was able to first have a phone interview of clarifying what the job is and seeing if we are on the same page. Then the second interview over Zoom, going more into detail and meeting two great team members.

Over the phone interview.
Then a 2 person zoom interview which consisted of many questions like, moments in a job where you felt proud of yourself. Name a time when you failed even though you’ve taken all the necessary steps to be successful. And then they described the benefits, wage, and description of the position.

The interview process was exactly as they detailed on their webpage. The interviewers were easy to talk to and the questions flowed naturally. I love how the company has an open-door policy allowing for all employees to go to their supervisors with any ideas or concerns allowing for continuous growth for the company as well as it's employees.
