Right off the bat, they all introduced themselves stating their pronouns. I don't believe in that ideology, so I did not state my pronouns when it was my turn. I think they didn't like me right from the beginning... just my own opinion. Then they asked me if I've ever worked with diverse people... um.... I didn't know what they meant by that question, and honestly, the question seemed racist in itself. What do they mean by diverse? They never really explained.... overall, it was a weird interview, and they were paying very low for the position. Nobody in the interview seemed like they enjoy working there except the recruiter. The recruiter was nice. Would not apply to work there again.
