Conservation aims to reach out to excluded groups and open them up to the possibility of the outdoors and enjoying nature. How will you help the park system to become more diverse?

You and your crew have to build a project and it is the beginning of the day. With 6hrs left in the summer heat, how do you help your team finish the project?
A team member is walking away from the project every 15 minutes on a phone call. How do you address the situation?

Entrevista
Basic open end questions on how working in a team is benefiting to the organization and group. It is really easy. Just be honest and friendly. Don’t worry about it to much. They are all really nice people.
