I didn't really have to interview, because I had worked two previous internships. I spend the summer doing an internship project, put together a presentation, and presented to a technical panel. The whole summer was an interview, so to speak. They saw how I worked with others, how I solved problems, etc. After presenting to the technical panel (including my supervisor and mentor), they discussed me and my whole internship and I was recommended for full-time hire. Later on that day, my supervisor asked me to rank my preferences on job and location and said they would do the best they could to match that. They did.
