I gave them my resume at a career fair and got a phone call for an interview that night. The interview was behavioral, and the interviewer was friendly. They contacted me about three weeks later telling me I didn't get the position.

Were kind and catered towards my location preferences. There were 2 interviewers and the environment seemed open ended. Easy conversation. They asked a few questions about myself, and wanted to know what I am looking to gain in the future.

STAR method interview. Interview held on college campus followed by a second round interview which was broken down into 3 rounds each lasting an hour. Interview was straightforward and the interviewers did a good job at making you feel comfortable.
