The Initial interview was laid back. 2nd interview with a couple more members of management and more focused in interest in position and experience.
Interviews were virtual via teamsq0 but felt as if they were in person. Then provided formal job offer.

Completed a phone screen followed by a virtual interview with several of the management team. Easy going atmosphere where they gauged your ability to advocate for their population, knowledge of people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, waiver knowledge, ability to use technology and problem solve.
