I was contacted for a phone interview about 6 weeks after I submitted the online application. The following week I was asked to come in for an en in person interview. The interview panel included 6 people and they were "rating" each of my answers on a scale and writing down keywords. I completed a 10 minute paper test (basic special education ?s) , a 35 minute skills test (technology questions, english questions, and ?s about online schooling), I then completed an IEP critique. I was in the building fort 2 hours! That night, I received an email stating that I have been selected to move on to the next and final step of the process. I submitted my essay for that step the following morning. That afternoon I had an email stating how to enter my references information. From that point I received about 3 phone calls frim the company, (question about essay, grade level preferences, and cert) The process from the in person interview to the job offer was 4 weeks.
