Had a first video call with the Head CSM. The interview was smooth, giving the vibe of a conversation; I assumed it went well cause I got offered an on-site interview the next week. The on-site interview was canceled last minute on their end and rescheduled 7 days later. After several follow up emails to set the new time/day, I have never received a response (not even a rejection email). This was definitely a bad experience as candidate.
