The interview process started at a career expo where I met a corporate recruiter. From there, I was contacted and asked to apply online, take an online Challay test. I then was interviewed by a manager. From there I went on a ride day with a employee in the position I was hiring for to understand what it would be like to spend half a day in the field. I then had an additional interview with 2 members of upper management and also did a presentation on the company and a product in front of 4 upper employees. The process was very intense but looking back think it showcases the expectations of the company very well. The company wants you as a potential employee to understand the work environment and expectations. Then from the company's standpoint allows the company to get a full understanding of the person they are hiring. The benefits of the interview process is beneficial for both the candidate and hiring employees so the decision made is for the best of both parties.
