Entrevista
I was contacted by Conns Electronics on a Monday and was setup for interview on that coming Thursday. I was on time for interview that was scheduled for 2:00 p.m. and i was about an hour early. I was interviewed once and waited for second interview. About three weeks later I was contacted again by the same company but to my surprise they were trying to contact me about another position within their establishment and had no idea I had already been interviewed previously for other position. When I told the lady from HR i had already been interviewed for another position she said she would get back with me and let me know what was the outcome of my ionterview she never called back, and when i waited about two days and called back she said she still had'nt heard anyhthing about whether i was even considered for employment. I really want some output on this as to what i could have done wrong or why i was not contacted back.

Would there be anything to stop me from being able to work the hours available.
First when you apply you have to take a test that asks basic customer service questions. If you pass they will schedule you for an interview. I sat in the showroom of the store with the store manager, we mainly just talked about my prior experience, he informed me of the job duties and asked if I think i could handle it.

5 questions. Situational. Based understanding of your customer service and how you handle escalations. Very specific about attendance as they do not have anyone showing up. Also, how many systems did you use? The interview was over the phone. The only thing they followed correctly to adhere to the Covid-10 guidelines.
