      Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Conga (Bengaluru) en mar 2016

      Entrevista

      The interview process had multiple rounds. The first was telephonic for about 45 mins and it was pure technical with brief on previous projects as well. Next 2 rounds were written, 1st was coding test where they gave to solve 2 problems and the next was Aptitude and Psychometry test. Then the next round was with one of the directors, it was also technical, mainly asking on the technology that i have worked on. The next round was with Senior Director, that was also technical and he dug deep into the previous projects that i had worked on. This round was for 30 mins. The next round was with the Operation Leader and another Director here in India. This discussion happened in their Bangalore office for more than an hour. They discussion was basically to test the attitude and aptitude. All the rounds went very well. Answered all their question and had a healthy discussion in the last round as well. After 1.5 weeks the recruiter mailed me that they cannot give the offer and didn't gave any reason as well. The overall process took almost a month.
