The recruiter initially approached me for a phone interview where we discussed the role and my qualifications. The discussion was positive. I soon had an interview scheduled, which I believe went very well. The interviewer seemed impressed and assured me that I would hear back soon. However, it's been over a month now, and I have not received any update on my application status despite multiple follow-ups. My emails go unacknowledged, and phone calls are ignored. The situation escalated when, after several attempts to reach the recruiter, they finally picked up only to cut the call immediately upon hearing my voice. Subsequent calls were then blatantly ignored. This behavior is highly unprofessional. I expected a more respectful and transparent hiring process for a company of such high standing.

I went through a SWE interview process. It was a positive experience. The problems were of medium difficulty, with some harder follow ups. I had two technical interviews and a manager round. Ultimately, I did not receive an offer, but I would reapply.
