Applied online and was reached out to by a recruiter about a week after. The process was relatively straightforward: - 30 min recruiter screen - 45 min hiring manager interview - 3:45 hour long final round with four stakeholders ranging from 45 min - 1 hr each The recruiting team did a great job both in sharing information about Confluent, the team, and also in preparing me for each round. They shared detailed information about each interviewer and what I should expect during each interview - including knowledge domains, etc. I ended up withdrawing from the process because I had some reservations with the leveling of the role and needed to use my time for other interviews. But the team was great and tried to find a good fit for me at Confluent. Unfortunately, the timing just didn't work out.
