      First round coding question. Cannot disclose the exact but it was based on string parsing and matching a input given to the program. Gave multiple approaches and was able to solve the problem, also the follow up question as well. Got reject after following up multiple times with the recruiter. Very surprisingly interviewer feedback was did not solve problem in given time. Lol, very funny, if that is the case why will I even follow up for feedback. I know I had solved the problem. Advice: Please do not schedule interviews to be conducted by juniors for a senior level position. Judgement should be right. For companies its just another interview, for candidates its an opportunity being missed.

      After clearing a technical elimination interview, there were 5 Technical + 1 Managerial rounds. In total 7 interviews. The Manager probably looked my resume for the first time during the interview and said I do not have practical experience required in one area and I was down levelled 2 notches. This is inspite of my work experience being a match for over 90% of their requirements. Other companies have a short manager round before ANY other round between the manager and candidate to have a conversation and understand that the candidate has the relevant practical experience. They could have avoided wasting 7 hours of my time and countless preparation hours in addition to avoiding their employees wastage of time by doing basic discussions earlier.
