Weird screening interview which was only 15 minutes. Interviewer was reading off a script and didn’t listen to anything I said or even look at me. When I asked at the end what the career path at Confluent was she misunderstood and thought I was asking if this role was in Customer Success (because was not listening to anything I said). She told me to go to her LinkedIn profile and repost her posts so the hiring recruiter could see that I was familiar with the company. These types of recruiters should not be working in this field. You have to treat people like humans not robots.
Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Confluent
