Hiring Process: 1. Initial shortlisting based on resume. 2. Interview with senior technical consultant and project manager. No response if you are not selected and you have to ping the recruiter continuosly to confirm that you're not selected. No basic questions were asked. Interviewer was more interested in showing off his knowledge rather than hiring. Interviewer didn't seem prepared with questions and had poorly framed questions (which he could think of during the interview itself). I think interviewer was not happy with his job and just attended the interviews because he had to. I think he'll leave conexus in 2 to 3 months.
