First contact was through mobile - short 5-10min with screening questions(where do you live, garda vetting etc.). At the end of the conversation they asked to take some tests online(can only be done on laptop or pc). This included: Spelling test Typing test Geographical questions Interactive test on Word, Excel, Powerpoint Situational questions Audio tests,where you had to type in personal info from a recording and then decide the best action to take regarding the situation explained in the recording. They contacted me next day and wanted to come in for a face to face interview. This is competency based and they say should take 30-45 minutes. Mine took 50minutes, but that's because we talked a bit after. The interviewer was professional. There was also some HR person listening in on the phone, but didn't ask anything. After the interview, the interviewer didn't even ask if I had questions, maybe wanted to just get out of there. I didn't receive neither a phone call nor an email after that.
