Over the phone, then presencial with both HR, local management and over the phone with account client, once completed you had to carryout some assessment, which would measure your abilities such as knowing parts of a ship or vessel.

Application, assessment, phone interview, final interview with hiring manager. Final interview started with introduction, overview of the role, behavioral questions then Q&A. Time frame for the whole process was two weeks and got the offer call 2 days later

If a coworker was negative and it affected the environment, and people began to talk, what would you do?
it was really pleasant and they're very professional. I would definitely recommend others to apply as well. good company and very good staff. Good luck and i hope others get hired as well.
