Basic interview over the phone after completing online assessments. The recruiter asked a few basic questions. Lasted maybe 20 minutes. Got an email after the interview to confirm virtual office inspection. One thing to note is that I applied for a chat representative position but the interview was for over the phone customer support, and I wasn't made aware of that beforehand. I have not done the webcam interview yet, and am wondering what that will entail.

Everything was done via email. I was given various scenarios to work out. I'm currently finalizing the hiring process, which took a while. It took a while so I can't remember everything that was done. I do recall employees saying there is no "work from home" positions, but there are.

I wasn't interviewed. I was given various customer service scenarios to complete
Horrible experience. I received offer letter from various recruiters. I completed background check and I9 verification process but still did not hear anything from the initial recruiter. I also completed the whole onboarding process. The training date came and went and still no response from the company. When I called conduent they stated they could not help me I had to send a email to the recruiter because they only respond to emails. Offer letter, background check completed, and onboarding completed but still no start date. This was a whole month process.
