When you apply you have to do a pre-screen, answer a few simple questions like do you agree to certain criteria such as job hours, etc. You also take a 10-key test. If you get called to an interview, then the interviewer basically explains the job, what it entails, what your home situation is like (the job I applied to was remote), asks what you think and/or if you have any questions. It's a very simple interview and then you take a typing test.

Barely asked me any questions about myself, it seems like they will hire anyone without knowing anything about them. Manager was extremely condescending and arrogant, and treated me like I was an idiot. Despite all the negative reviews, I still gave this place a chance and that was a big mistake. Company seems to encourage overworking and burnout. Was told that lunches are 'optional' and that I wouldn't even have time to grab a cup of coffee as a remote employee.
