When you join the interview you'll be asked to do a speed test with Google Fiber. You'll email the results to the recruiter. For the results you need to have at least 10 download and 3 upload. Then an overview of the company and position will be given. Next, I was asked four interview questions. Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer, tell me about a time you gave exceptional customer service, tell me about a time you went above and beyond, and finally, tell me about a time you had to take on something new and how did it turn out(can be unrelated to work).
