Phone screen to begin, then a technical phone interview. Both those went well, then I had an in-person group interview. This is where things fell apart. One of the interviewers kept asking technical questions, but didn't know what he was talking about. I'd ask for him to specify something, and another interviewer would jump in and rephrase it and say that the question shouldn't have even been asked. Everyone seemed very overworked and miserable. They told me they'd get back to me, then never responded.
