I had to pass through two interviews. The first one consisted of a quick conversation about my skills and my qualification. Then two drawings were presented to me so that they evaluate my proposals on a retrofitting scheme and a bridge design drawing. In total the interview process was not very difficult but it demanded extensive knowledge of structural design.
