Really easy — they ask about previous job experiences, professional background, how you would handle some scenarios, multitasking abilities, and provide a quick update regarding the process. The questions are mostly situational, like how you’d respond to an upset customer, what steps you’d take to resolve an urgent issue, or how you prioritize tasks when handling multiple chats or calls at once. They also want to get a sense of your communication skills and how comfortable you are working in a fast-paced environment.

Interview had three rounds,written versant test,amcat test,final round with manager. Overall interview was good and easy but recruiter ghosted me after telling me that i am selected. You can pass this interview if you are good in english.
