It was the average interview process for concentrix with the exception that the final interview was with associate director given the account was a pilot. Hr interview was easy, just confirming information, ops interview was easy given that I've done more complex roles in the past.

It was easy, and all the interview process went well. No further question was asked. It was a smooth process and i was asked relatable questions. I had already wotrked in the same company back in 2015
