Completed CASI assessment, typing test and internet scan. Was emailed an invitation to attend a offer session. Went over the position in detail and I accepted the position. Completed onboarding paperwork.
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
