Trued applying in concentrix, had first interview but there's no definite time. Had test. Another interview again at night which was unexpected, then you'll wait again for days until you get the results. I got hired in another company before they sent me another proposed job position.

The interview process was very easy and behaviour-based. They have asked about how you can type as fast and how technical you are. Moreover, i was aked to give a typing exam with 45+ WPM and more like how efficient are you on
straightforward, mostly first-come first-served. Apply early with proper tech and customer focused resume with keywords like empathy. Interview depends on type of contract you being hired for. process is quick enough based on the start date.
