it was good and supportive . I was told to give technical round and they gave after I cleared the round and then there is last round of ops . In all my experience was good

some background information and communication skills and general interview questions
Tech support virtual interview and writing assessment, English fluency typing and recorded virtual interview. It was a good experience until now I hope I can get into the next rounds.
It was fun and okay overall, but it felt repetitive after a while. The experience mainly consisted of the usual, typical call center questions, making it less engaging than expected.

Online video submission, asked a couple of questions. The most difficult part was the intensive background check that came after. But due to the nature of the work it is understandable.
