You can speak correct, wrong, whatever you just have to speak something. 2nd Roud - Written Exam (1 or 2) - It varies from client to client. However, some basic aptitude and English questions, passage writing, etc., It's a kind of analytics and soft skills exam. (Here you may experience 2 or 3 rounds) 3rd Roud- Operations Managers Round: This may be over a video call or Face to Face. They will just speak as a relative who is far away from you and don't know anything about you. be genuine and tell exact reasons about your past and why you want to join Concentrix. They will hire you. They may ask for your expectation, if you are experienced you can demand salary if you are a fresher just as per company policies or industry standards.
