Processo seletivo bem longo (cerca de 3 horas) não me senti a vontade e bem recebida, as pessoas que me atenderam foram antipaticas. Numa sala com 20 pessoas, nos deram uma prova para fazermos (português, matemática, redação, e-mail e digitação) as questões eram de nível fácil, após a entrega eliminavam os candidatos, disseram que a empresa era descontraída mas que nessa operação existiam muitas exigências. Acho que deveriam melhorar o processo, acolher as pessoas e dar um feedback, tinha gente na sala que já estava pela terceira vez, e a empresa não da importância que tem alguém persistindo pra trabalhar com ela.
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.

They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
