Firstly they will ask you about your visa situation and basic info for the requirement on the job ad. Then, You will take a computer navigation test and typing test. Following up by a few situational question and chatting.

What is something you like about a job and something you don't like about a job?
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.

They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
