I had 1 phone call with them and the individual was very nice. He asked me many questions and I seemed to to fit the job description. I have well over 20 years of management experience. I was called in for an face to face interview .This interview lasted 20 minutes and I was asked a few questions and it was over. The 2 people interviewing seemed disorganized and had no idea how to interview. They didn't write anything down and didn't have any questions scripted, which isn't good.
