Interview consisted of ten to fifteen minute google teams conversation. Was extremely quick and easy. Interview was postpooned once and felt extremely rushed. Nothing too egregious, just very obviously a recruiter

Quite informal, very pleasant senior management. Interview process is usually one telephone interview then if successful will be invited into the office to meet 2 directors and one of the Senior Support/Training guys. Generally the questions are revolved round your experience/background, then move onto everything about Consol. Remember to do your research on the company!
