Got an email from an engineer few days after applying online through college/ university. Interviewed in person at the Con Ed office. The interview lasted 45 minutes to an hour long

There were no tricky questions but they kept me on my feet.
Received a call the next day with an offer and the job started in June. Awesome experience that taught me a lot about the workplace.
