The interview was fairly stress free for my role, but other spots on the team are move intensive. There is a "skills test" that is taken that gives CSP an idea of your base skills. This does not hinder your chances. It simply gives them an idea if you will fit this role or possibly another role within. It took about 4 weeks total from the time of the interview to the time of an offer.
