Brief interview, not many challenging questions. Had to wait more than 30min for the hiring manager to show up. It's mostly just a review of your resume, verifying weather or not you have A+ certification ( which they require ). They may ask a few personality based questions.

First step was a basic phone interview. More or less to verify resume and previous job history. Second was an in person interview Basic Technical and PC questions. What certifications do you have. A lot of general office questions and windows questions. Third step was a drug test and background check for the client company.
