The interview was fine, the CEO mostly talked the entire time. I received an offer. However, their employee healthcare costs are exorbitant - no better than what you could get on the marketplace, close to $600/month for a single employee. When I tried to negotiate the compensation in light of this cost, they pulled the offer. I guess they don't want employees who advocate for themselves.
