Call with (internal) recruiter . Asked about why I wanted to join ComplyAdvantage and why the regtech space. Ended pretty quickly as we didn't align and gave feedback. Otherwise, respectful and pleasant. Only con was that he was late.

I was contacted via LinkedIn and scheduled a call, but no one showed up on ComplyAdvantage's end. I offered to reschedule but they never answered. I was ghosted and judging from other reviews here on Glassdoor, it's common practice.
It was great. The interviewer was really friendly and chill. I would say that the interview questions were quite standard HR questions, with a few that I haven`t heard before. Overall, great interview experience.
