Oh my goodness, I can't wait to start working with these people. They saw past my experience as a receptionist which I'd applied for and asked if I was interested in joining the customer service team. I am am so chuffed. I just hope I can meet their expectations because they really are an awesome company. I had a screening call. Then a phone interview. Then a face to face. Then a call back to say "we do have a role that we feel you would be better suited to, in customer service, are you interested?" Another face to face, this time with lovely customer service managers. Reference request a few days later. Job offer earlier this week. And then a beautiful email to say they're looking forward to meeting and working with me and here's what we'll do on the first day. As a result I'm not anxious, not nervous, just very excited. Made me feel comfortable from Day One during the whole process. Awesome stuff, guys. I won't let you down. That's how you onboard someone the right way. Absolute legends. 🥰
