Pretty good process over all. Went through a recruiter. First interview round was with Director of PM team and a Sr Manager. Mix of general questions about background, experience, skills, and "tell me about a time...". Very laid back interview, not too corporate of a place, they asked a lot of general questions and not as many Relativity questions as would have though. Let me ask all the questions I had and seemed honest with their answers. A week later was called back for a Second round, met with a few other managers and a Project Manager. Second round interview questions were similar to first round just with different people but was more of a conversation vs interview. Got back to me a few days after interview with verbal offer and written offer followed next day. Recruiter insisted all communications go through them, would have been nice to deal direct with Company.
