Where do I begin...During the interview the manager had me fill out what exercise is best for what muscle on the body. I'm filling it out fine as it was easy then he pops up and say " Ok times up." So apparently it was a timed test of which I had no idea as he never said anything about it being timed. He seemed a little condensing also towards the end of our interview. I then was called to come back and " Shadow" other trainers. They basically paired me with a woman who passed off a client to me and said she's all mine. It went good as the client said I did great however I only had like 5 minutes with her only. That's not enough obviously. Then a class suddenly starts and I'm observing it. The trainer says to me it's good to talk to clients. Of course I know that! However no one EVER said I would be running a class of 30 people in my interview or on the application. She misunderstood me as I just didn't know what am I to do. Then the manager who looks like he's 15 walks around just texting and joking around with employees. He said he will follow up with me. I called him and he seemed to forgot my name and said let me look into it. YOUR THE MANAGER you are to know who and if I'm hired. Essentially, they suck. 👎

Entrevista
It was a three stage process. First stage was a verbal and written assessment of experience and company expectations. Second stage was a written and physical assessment of knowledge going through a workout plan. Third stage is where they send an offer or call you back in for any further questions.

Entrevista
Questionaire with personality questions, knowledge questions Online followed by in person interview. In person consisted of basic fitness questions, and motivations. Upon commencing interview, employer was very easy to talk to, and was knowledgeable with the company.
