Entrevista
One of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had. They rushed me through 3 rounds of interviews in a short time, only to leave me hanging for almost a month. I reached out a few weeks after the final interview asking for an update only to be told they're still interviewing. What they failed to mention is that they had already reposted the job three times then also posted it again under a different title on both their website and Linkedin. If you're still searching for the right fit, that's fine. But at least have the decency to formally pass on candidates you've already interviewed... not see if you can find someone better but leave them hanging in the meantime. On top of all of this, one of the final round interviewers forgot this was on his calendar so he showed up completely unprepared and didn't let me ask him any questions - despite him cutting the interview short by almost 15 minutes. Based on this companies lack of respect for a candidates time, I would not recommend going through this process.

Very very specific experience related questions. It's clear they're looking for a perfect fit and don't seem to be open minded to how slightly different experiences may still be valuable or that a great fit for the job may not be the person they've already created in their head.
Intense for what the job is.. 3 rounds are not necessary. If you have customer service skills you can do this job. It's entry level - they act like you are a C-suite executive.

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond a customer?

Very lengthy process with a lot of behavioral based questions. Be sure to have a base knowledge on real estate and the industry itself. It would also help to have a customer success background.

Tell me a time when you had to calm down an upset individual?
I had 4 interviews. Very long and tedious process. Most employees had at least 4 interviews as well and I think a couple had 5. There were all very customer service/real estate based questions but why so many interviews?
