The first time I interviewed didn't get past the phone screening and received the rejection email. My most recent interview I got past a phone screening and talked to two associate managers. I got the same exact rejection email legit copied and pasted from another recruiter. How am I supposed to know what I did wrong? And when asked for feedback, l'm ghosted.
