After applying i got an email right away, I was so excited to interview. When I spoke to the recruiting lady everything was going well until she asked me if I have thick skin ? If I’m able to handle the agents ? I asked her what she meant and she said “ these people make a lot of money and the office has some of our top agents and they wants things quick” basically telling me that the agents can and will treat me like garbage because they Make so much money. After that I got a gut feeling in my stomach and I knew this was the WRONG place and environment. Whatever happened to respect ? The way upper management let’s these agents do whatever because they make money is absolutely disgusting!!!!! It does not surprise me but it’s a company that so call vouches for equality and respect. Do not waste your time here! Unless you’re an agent.

I interviewed for the same company with for two different positions about three weeks from each other. The first time I interviewed didn't get past the phone screening and received the rejection email. My most recent interview I got past a phone screening and talked to two associate managers. I got the same exact rejection email legit copied and pasted from another recruiter. How am I supposed to know what I did wrong? And when asked for feedback, l'm ghosted.
