Overall, very smooth and fast process. Recruiter and Coordinator were very responsive and supportive. I didn't have the negative experience a lot of people have claimed.

3. Virtual Onsite w/ 4 Separate Interviewers (Mix of PMs/Analytics)
Recruiter Screen Advice:
- Obviously know why you're applying and know about Compass
Technical Advice:
- Brush up on efficient SQL (LeetCode/HackerRank)
Final Round Advice:
- Thoroughly prepare behavioral examples related to Compass Principles (8 of them)
- Be concise and structured with your answers
- Follow the S.C.A.R.L. answer method

Entrevista
Extremely smooth process. Three rounds in total. Recruiter screen. Tech screen. Final round with 4 stakeholders. All in all I was extremely impressed with the recruiter and all stakeholders. Very professional. Top notch.

Tech screen was general SQL questions. One question involved using window functions.
Final round was technical with manager on how you think about analytical problems. Three other interviews were "Tell me about a time..." questions based on Compass's Entrepreneurial Principles.
